Smart Trips Presentations (PDF 3,364K)
We give engaging presentations to community groups on a variety of topics. Why not invite us to the next meeting of your book club, scout troop, church group, neighborhood association, or fraternal organization?
- Want to boost your confidence cycling on city streets?
- Looking for a new bike or new ways to carry stuff on your current bike?
- Do you know how to fix a flat tire?
Join us in one of our bike classes where we'll discuss these topics and more. On-street skills courses are also available. Contact us or call 756-TRIP to inquire about our next class.
Skills Courses for Children
Every year, elementary schools and community groups throughout Whatcom County partner with Smart Trips to host fun and instructive bicycle skills courses. Children learn the importance of stopping and looking for traffic, the meaning of traffic signs and signals, and much more. Smart Trips provides instructors, course equipment, loaned bikes and helmets. Contact us or call 756-TRIP to inquire about scheduled courses.
Bike Buddies are Smart Trips instructors who can give you one-on-one assistance at a time and place that works for you. A Bike Buddy can help you choose your route, check your bike for safety, or ride along with you to address questions specific to your commute. Contact us or call 756-TRIP.
